no it is not Hippocrepis comosa , beacuse of its flowe structure and inflorences and compound leaves is very different

medium (sand+soil+compost) with equal ratio. organilly the red color thread is zafran. which is very effictive to body as a medicnal point of viwe , and most pople used its thread (zafran) for cooking
