I saw these flowers at the Islamabad flower show. Surprisingly and rather unfortunately, most of the plants including this one were not tagged.

Some garden updates

If you are interested in flowering vines then go for the very hardy bougainvillea. There are imported ones available at the nurseries located at "Peshawar more".

Yes Umar, they are from my Karachi garden. I dont see much acalypha here is Islamabad as it is frost sensitive.

Colored foliage plants can make a landscape wonderful. They look prettier when planted against different shades of green. My personal favorites are acalyphas, cordylines and coleus.

Beautiful palms. I am a huge palm fan. How old is that Alexandra palm? How does it tolerate frost and terrible heat?

Lovely plants. Every thing looks perfect. Very inspiring.......
