I bought 5 varieties from Lahore nursery yesterday. all are oriental hybirds and i expect them to be fragrant. I assume chanan din would have same varieties. Orientals flower late than asiatic but i love them for their fragrance. I would buy more varieties of orientals if i come across them.

I love them. The best place to shop new variety of rain lilies is www.plantdelights.com. There are so many variations in the pink, white and red now. Maybe we can ask Dr amer to buy some for us, they multiply easily.

This is a most under rated plant IMO.

Same as Karachi, leave them in soil. You must protect from rains. The tuber gets rot from over watering or rains. I never tried but i think a fungicide should also be tried.

Perfect. Time to pick some roses from Category A then. Like Brig Arif, i only keep those roses which perform good without any spray or hassle. So far, only Sharifa Asma and Iceberg has kept their place. I will try some more from Category A this year.
