my phormium black and purple aloe is loosing colour please help.
both plants are in open sun.

i think it is maxican heather cuphea. am i right?

kindly identify this plant it was 6inches tall in 6 inches pot when i bought it. moreover how to fertilize and can i prune it to keep a compact shape.
