I have asked gardening shop about fertilizer and he provide me this...as a general purpose fertilizer ..may I know the name of this fertilizer.

From where can I buy caladium tubers in Karachi, can pride seed or sky seed deliver to Karachi, what is the cost for each tubers.

I am growing this plant for over a year but has only produce two new leaves.Only clue is that it is a shade loving plant.
