Salaam, What is the best way to pick fruits from a tall (~30ft) mango tree? I have it in my home in Karachi and every year lots of fruit gets damaged during the picking process. Local nurserymen call it by its Latin name Petrea (with many variations in its pronunciation). There is no Urdu equivalent as far as I know.

Do you guys have any experience with red lagerstroemia? I found a nursery in lahore that is selling it.

According to what I could find on Internet, it's a small flowering tree with bright red flowers and bloom period of 120 days
