What is the urdu name of plumeria? I smelled some plants just a few days ago but they had no smell. The called it gul-e-cheen

Dear Sir,
I recently went to a local nursery and they had similar plants but not a single one had any smell. They called it gul-e-cheen. Every nursery in pindi has told me this plant doesn't have fragrant flowers. I don't know where to get these fragrant flowers.
