Hi waleed! Burgmansias are very tough palnts specially the white ones, in my opinion you should cut it back hard just leave 6 inches above ground and cut the rest, and dont throw away the cuttings start them in pots and after you see some new growth on the old plant start feeding them with NPK 20:20...
