Re: Magnolia figo/Michelia figo

Many varieties of Michelia figo. I have this also and Khabbab posted a pic above. Plenty of blooms and exotic fragrance. It's not as intense as Michelia champaca and champaca X Alba. So far I am experimenting with figo, figo port wine, figo Skinneriana, maudiae. It likes water or will likely get bud...

Re: Daylilies 2016

Fertilization with NPK is encouraging growth and no bloom due to high nitrogen. Potassium can be found sold as Potash. Personally I would stop fertilization and then see what happens next year. It's aggressive enough so why fertilize?

Re: Daylilies 2016

Like any other plant you might want to give it some potassium next year. I would just wait. Sometimes vines can be quite adamant. Maybe it's just focusing on growing. Do not fertilize wisteria at all. Keep dry in winter. They need sun.

Re: Daylilies 2016

If your wisteria is a seedling it might be a few more years before it blooms. If it's a layered specimen it should have bloomed in 3-4 years. Daylilies are from the daylily bidding site online in the USA and some directly from Petit
