Mine hasn't flowered either but I think I have them under a tree that's why. Give them full sun even in intense heat. Also keep them bone dry. Squills are in deserts and sometimes it just doesn't rain there. Too much or maybe any watering will likely cause them to not flower. My Giant Squill flowers...

I would think there are many varieties but it would be very hard to tell

Humidity is definitely a factor no doubt about it. Maybe since my pots are under trees and on soil with surrounding grass which gets watered the microclimate is good for enhancing fragrance. But I tell you consistently every evening and early morning there is amazing fragrance when these flowers are...

I don't keep track of parents. I've stopped a lot of tagging on amaryllis and Daylilies. Just can't keep up and difficult to keep tag intact in these. I'm only tagging trees and shrubs.
One of the parents is Cimmaron Rose or Chinese Fire Dragon you can google, they are red Daylilies.

Some of our hybrids. Compared to last year which was the first bloom since seeds were planted, this year the blooms are more mature and likely represent how they will look from now on.
