Euphorbia drought tolerant prefer dry conditions generally. The Dianthus variety planted in pots shown above i reckon in the Diamond variety. If planted in a soil bed, around 60 or 70 percent of Dianthus Diamond variety can survive.

Sir i purchased around 100 bulbs back in 2007 or 2008 which which were planted in this bed having a good drainage. The soil in NWFP is more fertile and the climate more favourable for Dutch and other irises. The best time to plant these bulbs is around September/October.
