what kind of home remedy apply on this kind of bugs

i have a jasmine plant in larg container. my this plant have two type of problem 1st is that it leaves edges turn into zig zag and 2nd is that do not get flower continuously. means that in this summer season get only 3 or 4 time flower.

what type of flower plant are available in the nurseries in october and also identify the following plants name and season

Thanks i will apply your suggestion can you mention the particular pesticide name which is effected for insects because my plant not face white flies problem, i don't no what kind of insects they are but these insects are white in color and round in shape.
