What will happen if I cut its stem from the middle and place that part into another pot for having another plant:

• 1. Both sections of plant will survive?
  
  2. Main plant servive and top part died?

Yes I have sun problem and this is why I normally shifting pots from sheds to sun.

Deal Fellows, I had sown this plumeria last year from seed. after that it is doing well but yet did not flower. It is also falling downward and you can see the curve. Should I cut the stem from half-way down to divide it into new branches? Can I take cut it half and plant top part into separate pot ...
