sorry for typing error it was 5 kg for rs 550 ..but my question is still there that is it useful for annual flowers or not.?

can we use humic acid as fertilizer and soil conditiner for flowering plant(annuals)s and if yes then in how much quantity.it is available in 2 kg packing worth rs 550 in local market (sheikhupura) for seasonal crops like wheat and rice

thanks for reply irfan bhai but how can i use soap water on tall mango trees it is impossible.although i will use this trick on my garden plants like gerbera and hibiscus they were also spoiled last year with mealybug it is surely a dangrous bug..
