I also had same insects on many of my plants but got rid off from them.I was guided by a person that make soil soft around all plants (godi) during jan end or feb start and make any pesticide in big tub by mixing it with way=ter and then pour that pesticide water in that base area of all plants it will kill all eggs and small kids of insects as well.This year i did this and had very few insects on my planst and even those were also killed by spray.

I had done that also... Firstly, results were very satisfying but after some months that turned out a nightmare and all the plants in those pots started dying as a result I had replace all my soil and old soil were disposed away.
