Organic procedure is better then Inorganic.
1) Spray one litter soapy water with 2 tbsp of vegetable oil.
2) Hang yellow sheet(paper/plastic) spreading a thin layer of petroleum jelly on it. Yellow color attract white flies and stick them due to petroleum jelly. Simple ;)

Thanks a lot for the advice. I have been spraying FMC's Arrivo after every 15-20 days which is for Cotton crop insects but I am not sure if it would kill 'safed makhi' as well because the types on insect written on it are 'American and Chatkabri Sundi'. Should I continue spraying it? Wouldn't it harm the plants if I spray it every other day?

Regards,

Shahid

Sweet Paki , these are APHIDS and i have a lot of them here, they are very active in Summer , they love my Hibiscus and then spreads on others too, if you will not stop them they will kill the plant, sometimes they are accompanied with ANTS , ants love to drink a fluid of them, Ladybugs can kill aphids if availble in your garden.

Simply i spray a strong jet on them to remove them physically, you should check daily and use strong jet from spray bottle to kill them or if they have spread use the solution as mentioned in above posts.

I have tried out Organic Spray (Dish washing liquid and Cooking oil mixed with water). It worked well for the White Flies and killed most of them. Although didn't eliminate 100% but seems like it killed about 80-90%. One side effect is seen on the leaves. Some of the leaves are burnt away with heat after the spray. Overall it worked better than the chemical pesticide.

One big advantage is that it's safe. My little daughter helped me spraying otherwise with chemical pesticide I had had to spray too early in morning having marks and gloves on and had to take bath immediately after that.

Cyberkings the pest on you okra leaves is clear cut white flies.please don,t ever use inorganic pesticides until & unless you need it on veggitables.use organic pesticides like Stoller USA,s Gold pest oil.its 100% organic product & even kills the hardiest pest like mealy bugs.if organics can not solve the problem use inorganic & do not harvest for 48 hours or the time is indicated on the label.
