require urgent help for sago palms

My sago palms have been attacked by some sort of pest for the past few months I have about 50 or so saga palms.For male sago palms the new batch of leaves are eaten before they are even seen by the eye for the females the new leaves are gradually eaten up I have consulted with Arian seed store and more green store but none of their recommended sprays and suggestions have worked attaching pictures of 2 female palms about 9years old one male saga palm and a 4 year for baby palm who's gender is yet unknown.

what the hell is happening to the lovely palms.i am really shocked to see the pictures.please post picture of the insect.lets fight the pest.

First of all the pest should be identified.. if you are unable to see the pest during the day time then it is a nocturnal pest (usually a beetle).. regular evening sprays are required including sprinkling of powder like coopex..

I was shocked to the see condition of my palms.when I got back from China, at first little green pests were visible eating away the new foliage after the sprays the little green pests disappeared but the other palms that started growth of the new foliage suffered the same consequence and there are no pests visible now all my sago palms of all different ages along with my talium palms are effected
I do see some black dot on the foliage as if droppings of the pest doing this damage

little green pests,they could be the little caterpillars of butterfly/moths. hiding inside the trunk of the palm or goes under ground during day time and come up at night to feed on young fronds.Do spray the trunk section and on the base of the plant also.

yes i spray all parts of the plant including the soil at the base of the plant on closer inspection today in the morning i found some white spots on the leaves as if eggs of the pest that is destroying the foliage i bought a box of coopex powde,r will try it on one plant at first lets hope izhar s suggestion works.
