On some of the forums i've seen some entries from brother Shahwon about the organice pesticide. I like the idea and decided to try it.
I've tried the onion/garlic spray on my plants but it doesn't seem to effect the ants. Some of my rose plants are also having some sort of lice on its new growth. I've asked this question on rose Problem thread. I will post pics soon.
Shahwon- I think the onion/garlic spray is too mild for the pests. Can you please ellaborate which sort of pests can be eradicated by using this onion/garlic spray and what other organic solutions can be used for other type of pests. I've also tried the onion piece method for repelling the ants but with no use.

You want to get rid of Ants
Here is the solution

Peel an onion, cut small slices, place it 3 inches deep in the soil at a feet away from the plant

No Ants assured for at least a year
