i have problem with my roses that little black insects destroying them. you can see in the image and guide me how to get rid from these

These are Black Aphids,Spray Imidacloprid.

i have brought imidacloprid in powder form. kindly describe its usage how much quantity of imidacloprid in how much water and spraying procedure
