Izhar Bhai or any other senior will look at it and will reply you, but I think in my capacity that it is due to lack of calcium, if you get the egg shells break them into tiny pieces and mix them in tomato soil , before your next water. Inshallah it will cure it.
Also please wait for some other senior members reply on this problem.
Regards and good luck

Yes this is typical Blossom End Rot, due to Calcium deficiency... Gypsum is better source of Calcium....

Yea, this is Blossom end rot disease of tomato. This happens when plant is not getting sufficient from roots. There may be many factors causing of this problem. Calcium imbalance can result from fluctuations in soil moisture caused by improper irrigation or prolonged dry weather or high nitrogen levels from fertilizer, or it can also be a disruption of the root system.
apply calcium through foliar spray and add gypsum in the soil may solve ur problem.

Asslamu alaikum!!! I'm having the same problem with my tomatoes. There is also one more thing. If I keep these tomatoes on the plant, they turn into a pouch of water. Like they are little water bags. I assume this too will resolve by putting egg shells or plaster of Paris in the soil insha Allah!??!
