Hi
Your pictures have not showing up in your post, please read through the instructions for uploading pics,

What kind of soil are you using, are they in pots or the ground, any wind or sun exposure, are they in a dark shady spot, whats your watering regime and what sort of condition were the roots in when you purchased, i.e, were they potbound or had roots gone through the pots drainage hole into the ground below and the nursery wala just pulled these roots off. was there still a good rootball when you planted, what kind of preparation did you do your soil/ planting hole, i.e did you mix any fertiliser, compost or leafmould.

Any one of these could be responsible for your plants not thriving in your garden, and then of course it could just be the nursery sold you rubbish plants, that looked good but were over fertilised to boost appearance in their strict water/temperature controlled environment, as soon as you have brought them out into the reality of garden life they've wilted and suffered.

From your pictures it appears you have over fertilised your pots.
How much of this green powder was used per pot? Any idea what it was?
Suggestion after answer to above.

Keep pouring water until it starts flowing freely from bottom, pour some more and leave it to God.

Brig Sahib is spot on, you have over fertlized your plants. Fertilization should be undertaken only if the plant is in a growth stage and one should be knowing the specification of fertlizer to be applied as some are specific for certain plants. For white fly better to paste some vaseline in a yellow small square paper and paste it near the plant and the white fly gets glued to the yellow paper.

One should also be well versed with the art of watering. I remember posting some information on how to water which you can found by searching the forum.

I think there are three issue here, like other members have rightly suggested you have over fertilised the plants and that has caused them to burn off, the change of environment has sent the roots into thermal shock. the twisted leaves are possibly because of whitefly damage and will eventually fall off, new ones should take their place providing some of the root structure is still alive.

Water them thoroughly, place in a well lit place out of direct sunlight. Generally if the stems become brittle and snap off dry then they will not regenerate, you will know for sure in a few weeks. In the past I have had some similar rescue plants that have survived and some that have died off. So don't get disheartened.

So what is the bottom line...will they survive or will die!
So even if they die so what. Why fret over it ? It won't be the end of the world as there are much bigger issues in our daily lives. The champa mentioned in your post is Plumeria Pudica which can easily be propagated by cuttings even if the plant doesn't survive.

These are inexpensive plants which can readily substituted. Aptly quoted by Ifzaal sahib that "Experience is the best teacher, but her fees are very high"
