I need your help to find out what happened with my Citrus fruit tree (Mitha)?

No fruiting in this season. A lots of dry branches I have observed.

Plz suggest expert advice to recover this plant.

I had discussed with my friend. He diagnosed Gummosis disease. And suggest remove this plant and plant new one.

Second one suggested only 30% chances to recover. Suggested Siptamysin solution in roots. And Neela THotha with Lime : apply Paste on lower one and half portion.

Please try drenching the roots with any systemic fungicide... dont delay...

same happened with my citrus plants. I replaced the plants but i again spotted gum in one of them. One nursery owner told me to reduced water.
