Pest and mite problem. Posting pictures

Dear all, there have been a pest problem in my garden and pots. Also, for some pots I use the imported potting soil which mainly contains pest moss and perlite. The pots with potting soil are getting fungus. Whole top layer is going white and some plants also died. Please help me out, suggest miticites(for spiders and other mites) available in Lahore and pesticides for the pests shown in pictures. I sprayed my plants with neem oil mixed in Luke warm water, but it rained last night and today so I'll do it again after weather clears out.
P.s I also saw a several red tiny spiders but it was running very fast, I couldn't take pictures.

If you are using neem oil then you must need an emulsifying agent like soap... otherwise you will end up spraying only plain water on your plants... organic sprays need to be sprayed 2 times daily in order to remove pests...

Potting mix from abroad need less frequent watering due to high ratio of moisture retaining materials in it...

You want organic or synthetic??

I don't mind synthetic. Organic I'm using neem oil mixed with soap as emulsifying agent but the pests keep coming back.

You can use any pesticide for plants... please remember to make the solution strictly as per recommendation on label.. you can use disposable syringe for proper measurement of pesticide.. spray daily for one week in evening, spray on walls and pots too... anything which is near plants because pests take shelter there and return when the pesticide use is discontinued... after one week spray weekly for two weeks... this will eliminate any larvae which hatches from the eggs laid by adult pests...
