Identify pests and suggest how to get rid of them.
I found these pests in my bed during hoeing. Can anyone be kind enough to identify them and suggest solution.

These are not pests, they are good creatures which feed on dead organic matter in soil...

Jazak Allah for a quick response. They were so many in the bed outside my kitchen that I felt alarmed. Now I can guess why they are in such number.
