Is this Virus or Disease on Cucumber?

Please note the attached images of cucumber leaves and help me cure the virus / disease it has.
Details will be appreciated. It will be best if someone tell me how to avoid it at first place for future plants.

Banana peels... dry them under sun, crush them and mix in soil around the plant....
