A bhindi plant can give 3 to 4 bhindi per harvest as for my plant but as it gets bigger there will be more side shoots which will maximize the harvest up to even 8 to 10 bhindi. The bhindi plant can grow 6 to 7 feet tall and will stay evergreen for many years untill proper care is provided.

Thanks. That means at the most 8 to 10 bhindi per harvest. But how many harvests in a season?
Also I thought that the plants are removed from soil after season is over. But this is new info for me as you say that Bhindi plant will grow for up to six years. So that means some pruning might be required?

The Bhindi plant is uprooted after the season in areas which are not suited to it but as in Karachi's temperature they will give bhindi whole year. I said that bhindi can grow 6 to 7 feet tall and can live for several years but not exactly know how many years.
You can enjoy 5 to 6 bhindi per week from a single plant.

What advice would you give for getting the best results like yours?
I have seed trays, pots, seed compost, peat moss and organic fertilizer along with regular compost tea fertilizer.

Yes! you can sow bhindi seeds right now as the weather is cloudy and there is no scorching sun. For the best result of bhindi plant watch for any sigh of spider mites or other insects. Every after 15 days spray general purpose pesticide. Ants are great enemy of your plant so keep your plant save from them and spray copex near the base of the pot. I am spraying NPK 20 20 20 one table spoon in 2 litre of water and similiarly water the plant with it with the 15 days interval. The pot mix used for sprouting is similiarly manure mixed with ' bhalo ' mitti.

Your Bhindi fruit seems to be getting over-grown/ripe; why didn't you harvest when it was tender or are you retaining them for seeds.

They are still light green and donot have riped totally. In picture it is looking like this. I was also confused when I first saw the image then I went to the plant but they were unriped.
