Nice going Mustansir.Your Bhindi's seems to be on plants too long.They have become 'fatty' and you may use it for seeds collection.

Nowadays I am collecting the seeds of bhindi for seedbank as well as my own.

I doubt that The beefsteak tomato plant is shrub variety because every time it grows like a shrub and whenever I pinch the stems to make it a single stemmed it again produces semi stems and do not grow tall.

I would recommend that you don't eat the Easter egg plant fruits as they are not considered edible though people eat them in African states.
Just use them as a center decoration piece in Kitchen or the dining table. After they get dehydrated
save seeds from them.
