Your ixora is facing alkalinity in the soil... check the topic for soil pH and treat this yellowing of leaves for a strong and floriferous plant...

The soil in Ixora pot can be made more acidic by putting used Coffee grounds and tea bags and mixing them in the soil. Used Coffee Grounds can be obtained free of cost from Cafe's like Gloria Jeans Coffee shop who invitably dump the used Coffee grounds in garbage cans and you can requested them to give it you. Used Coffee grounds in addition to making the soil more acidic also thwart pests. I have used them and they have work wonders for my Gardenia and Kungi Palm trees.

Refer to a discussion about Soil Ph in Advance Knowledge section in which i had suggested the use of sulphuric acid and there are also valid suggestions by other members.

Up till now ixora is facing alkaline soil. I have pour some sulfur in the ground under precautionary measures and waiting for the results which will be viewable in some months and also adding some lemon maybe it will also help.

Water your Ixora plant with a diluted solution of Ferrous sulphate 1 teaspoon in about 3-5 liters of water and the leaves will get green again and plant will grow faster.
