Re: Why the deaths in Vinca
I had a harsh experience of Vincas in pots in Saudi Arabia, no rains but fungus is the issue, these are very sensitive to root fungus along with Marigolds and Pansies. Summer + Humidity + Used Soil caused this to me (experience).
Presently I am using the pots also but Vinca is a success, I limit my self to only sterilized potting soil, no re-using the old soil. Vinca is doing great sofar !
I think if you will not use pots and try them in ground they should live well. (just an idea )

Adnan, thank you, I have no ground left for the annuals. Would a systemic fungicide work?

Brig Sb : I haven't got any success with fungicides , infact I have tried Trichorderma as well (the good fungus) but all in vain........ but climate of Lahore is different , you should try and give us an update as well. Good luck !
