then the equivalent of it is the fly ash used in production of cement.. looks like you will have to check the cement or construction companies if it is used since fly ash does the same job for us... or incompletely burnt husk from kilns or shellers should do the job..

Rice husk can be arranged comparatively easily since one of my friend has his own rice sheller, if we can use the burnt rice husk charcoal in powder form then I will try to have it arranged as well.

Rice husk is easily available in season, what should be the proportion of the rice husk with the local canal bhal. Can it be used for permanent potted plants?

Welcome Ahmad Irfan sb. ..... the ratio I observed and asked was 60:20:20 (Rice Husk: Manure: Bhal) moreover, they have almost same bhal as Punjab's i.e. canal bed soil...

Aoa, to everyone i keep reading the form on and off but the time required for posting is indulged in more worldly affairs
I am more cautious of manure firstly the weather nowadays secondly the extra weeds and thirdly the crust of the soil becomes rock solid after a few times of watering. I prefer canal bhal as is it but want to add something to reduce the clay like texture and provide more drainage.
