My question was in relevancy to porosity of container soil as the fine particles can clog the media.

Yes that makes sense. I will have to be careful with the quantities as it may clog up the mix and/or make it muddy.

I've read that the store bought quality EWC you get abroad would in fact help aeration, but this is homemade.

3 months in and here's the result. Only a month more to go.

Currently setting up my second, and much larger, worm bin. My compost pits are also being filled.

Here's how i received my new batch of worms (around a 1000 worms in there). All of them collected by nursery attendants, for 500 Rs.

The difficult task in worm composting is to separate the compost and worms ... lets see how it is done in this case. Good and nice info sharing post.
