Green sheet and other plastic sheets are easily available at most of hardware stores... you can ask any nursery from where they have bought the sheet...
Abdul Seeds does carry tuberose but for other bulbs and corms you have to buy these from Lahore vendors... winter bulbs planting season is over.. wait for April when summer bulbs arrive.. search the forum for contact details & how to order...

If u need to cover a large area then it would be wiser to buy it from wholesale hardware market like Marriot Road opp Khori Garden near city courts,M A Jinnah Road or BhoraPir hardware market.

You can try one store the Hill Point from where the Sunset Avenue starts. It is near KElectric grid station at the beginning of Gizri Blvd. you will see a small commercial area on you right if you enter Gizri Blvd..
