I live in Phase II(Ext.), I want to know where to by FERTILIZER: Microbial Fertilizer, Organic Fertilizer(difference types), NPK, N and P and K separately. I don't know where to buy it. Hoping yr help.
P/s: Someone tell me the word of MICROBIAL FERTILIZER in Urdu

I think the best option for you is to buy khaad (cow's manure). Khaad is naturally rich in microorganisms. I don't think microbial fertilizers are made/ available in Pk. Perhaps one can do a literal translation of the term "microbial fertilizer" in urdu but the term itself will be far more difficult than it is in English. Just for the taste of Urdu, microbiology is called "khurd haya-teeyaat" in our language. Also search this forum, you will find tons of good information on plant fertilizers.
