Keep replacing them as they die.

Thanks for the suggestion. However, as you can see in the photo all are fresh and new leaves. The relatively old ones have already been removed. Probably its excessive light and over-watering. i will see what happens with these.
Best Regards

I meant the plants and not leaves.

I gather that this is due to lack of light. All leaves are facing the same side searching for light. Try to change the location where you get indirect or filtered light and see if it helps.

When was the plant purchased?
Is this plant successful in your area without artificial support?
Have you seen plants in your area which have survived a few years?
My experience is that nurseries get them by truck loads from Karachi every year and make good money.

Dear Sir Arif
Thanks for your time and interest. The plants were purchased about four months back. I suppose these are tropical plants and love hot and humid climate. I am getting accustomed to recognizing most of the Karachi TV dramas on the basis of their flourishing presence in many shots and scenes. Here at Rawalpindi / Islamabad they tend to do fairly well except in the chilly weather around December which they can not survive unless moved indoor near a bright window to benefit from the green house effect.
Best Regards

I was very fond of this plant. On retirement I brought about two dozen of mine from Karachi to Lahore, all husbandry of mine failed and I lost all of them over a time.
SO KEEP REPLACING THEM AS THEY DIE.
