You could try nurseries in Islamabad, when i was visting plant nurseries in azad kashmir they only stocked plants, there was no plant accessories , if you cant find sharp sand or horticultural sand, perlite would be your other option, for drainage

Thanks. Is there any other name for sharp sand or horticultural sand. I got a bag of building sand when i asked for it from a nursery

Builder's sand is used... wash it to remove dust and shift it to remove large particles...

for clay and soil like in Punjab (bhal), sand addition is not advisable...

Thanks. I am back to the original how to improve drainage. I mixed some pots with manure and clay but even they are exhibiting sign of moss, they remain moist for a long period(2 weeks sometimes more). I could maintain the status qou but was thinking if something could be done to improve the current situation why not

No problem, you should only water when they are dry...
