It could be anything related to the cucumber family. What did you sow? Never heard of chilli spray. The leaf miner lives inside the leaf. Seedlings should be covered to be protect the insects laying eggs on the leaves.

You can never spray insecticides to young seedlings. It will harm them badly. Therefore, it must be protected by covering or keeping it away from infected plants...

it sprouted itself, but resembles the cucumber vine. i am saving it till my cucumber plants get any bigger
