Hamad, It is a beautiful tree whatever be the name (in this blurry picture). It seems that it is an ordinary Ficus. The leaf morphology is not clear at all.

hahaha actually Farooq I really like this plant and want to have it in my collection, therefor it was necessary to know its name and its planted on a small green patch on GT road on the way to Rawalpindi, and I stopped there just to take some photos of this beautiful plant.
