Hamad, It is a beautiful tree whatever be the name (in this blurry picture). It seems that it is an ordinary Ficus. The leaf morphology is not clear at all.

I will try to take some more photos when I will visit this place next time.

Today I visited Rawalpindi again and took some more photos, now if someone could ID this plant

Looks like Ficus microcarpa.

hahaha actually Farooq I really like this plant and want to have it in my collection, therefor it was necessary to know its name and its planted on a small green patch on GT road on the way to Rawalpindi, and I stopped there just to take some photos of this beautiful plant.
