Dracaena fragrans also known as Corn plant, very common indoor plant.. grows best in dappled shade, average water needs, very hardy plant... it produces flowers which are extremely fragrant in evening...

It is available by the name of Drayseeniya.. very common, most nurseries have it in their shaded area..
