Thank you sir it means they charge me a lot but is it vine becoz its not looking like vine and they claim that it is a vine

Call it a rambler.It requires a support , has no clinging device, well supported it can grow 10-12 feet. Needs protection during winter, Top foot or so of mine die in winter but sprout back. The double that I have is more cold resistant but has a little smaller flowers.
