Your poor plant needs help (food). The leaves are not normal. Clerodendrum leaves are deep green with beautiful red flowers. Avoid over-watering and add some khaad.

Yes you are spot on, actually this picture is couple of months old when monsoon rains were at their peak, and DAP was added to garden 3 or 4 days before picture was taken, as far as I remember. So Vine had this sudden growth and light color. Now she is perfect in color. Thanks a lot for your instructive reply, that's why I am loving this forum so far. Here she is now a days.
But M.Farooq may be light colored leafs are part of her growth rather than a sign of a problem, here is the image I just saw with Google search, and you can see light colored leaf among darker with nice bloom:
