Is this Poinsettia
Strolling down the neighborhood today, I came across this beautiful tree/shrub in someone's backyard. The scarlet flowers are a joy to see. Now that I think about it, I have seen a few of these in Islamabad. Is it Poinsettia?

Yes it is... i dont know why people dont trim it to make it bushy...
