What kind of this shrub? It has no fragrance. Its a little tree.

It is called Guaiacum officinale (nurserymen call it Lignum as well)... one of the most beautiful trees of Karachi. When in full bloom, the whole tree is covered with blue and white flowers. The only problem is that it grows very very slowly!
