Name of this plant

I thought this plant died but after a few months it started to grow again. I'd like to know its English name so I could make sure I don't lose it again.

Also, I was wondering if you guys know if this can be propagated. I'd really like to know about it.

I recently purchased a couple of trees and I forgot to ask their names. Can anyone please identify them for me? I'd really appreciate it.

Last one is hibiscus. Other two, I do not know.

The first one is maybe perennial coleus but let others confirm.

Thanks a lot You are right. It's called, "Hibiscus Double Red".

I figured out the other two:
First one is called, "Aluminum Plant / Pilea Cadierei".
Second one is called, "Bottle Brush Plant".

Does anyone know if Bottle Brush plant causes any allergic reaction? Is it famous for causing any pollen related problems?

Not as such but may cause it in hypersensitive individuals
