Avoid fountains till the Dengue issue is resolved for good ....

Yes Brig saheb. Allah hi bachaey ga aur to yahan koi umeed nahin. I highly recommend no fountains in lawn atleast for now. I saw a lot of misery last year. Healthy people with access to good health care died.

I my self had a bad time last year. How about keeping fish in the pond?

My fountain is operative with fish in the pond. The Dingue teams inspect it regularly and have never found a Larva.
The michelia in the ground under a shade net and the one in the pot also under shade net are progressing well.

Not yet but one of my Cassia Nadosa has bloomed this year for the first time.
