Long living fragrants

I want to plant fragrant plant, shrub and vines both.
I want something exotic and long living perennials will be great.
Pollinating plants will work perfect for my future planning.
Recently i have bought Bela motia its good for my start as i am trying to make a flowery garden with nothing but empty pots and spirit of great will.
And will buy roses soon maybe this saturday.
Please seniors recommend me and help me out.
