Help for New Homestead Garden

I am new to this forum. I am currently developing a small farm house on Adiala Road Rawalpindi. I m planning a homestead garden with a vegetable patch for personal use. The space I have set aside measures roughly 3 kanal( 150' by 90'). I would like to plant maximum variety of fruit trees and vegetables with no commercial intent. Water source is a bore with 1 " outlet.
Would appreciate advice/ guidance from experienced farmers on the following:
* Suggested varieties of fruit trees with planting distance and best time for planting.
* Min number of trees required for healthy fruiting.
* Recommended source for procurement of authentic fruit trees.
* Guidance on developing a kitchen garden.
* Any other useful tips.
