@ Syed Adnan.....hmmmm i would tend to disagree.......Had it been some better gardener :-) with better knowledge and gardening practices...i see a possibility that it can be done with little management of environment......i would say it be "My failure" and still hopeful that its possible......BTW did you receive my PM or it was lost in the crash

Dear Farhan,

Your PM is lost somewhow ! not appearing now can you send again ?

Regarding seedlings i did sow seeds once in September in PAKISTAN , they sprout and got damp-off , so from then iam very carefull about temperatures, anyways your experiement gave new ideas and one can think on to improve.

Farhan it is possible to grow plants out of their season but in controlled green house.some annuals need warm weather to flower.the cool season flower can never be planted in summer.actually temp factor is very important.another thing is day & night hrs.annuals fully depend on day & night hours.

So its if we plant Snap dragon a cool crop which do not need heat & will not flower if the it does not get enough chill hrs & 12 hrs day light it will fail to flower. i have seen you have even sown Pansy seeds.Pansy is very popular cool crop.meaning it will not even flower if the temp is not enough cool which it requires.why its flowering time is short in our climate.its because when it gets hot its end of its flowering.

I am a specialist in aero space medicine. People ask me ‘what is this speciality’ my answer is; Man is basically designed for best performance at sea level. It has the ability to adapt to a certain extant but beyond that he has to be artificially supported, especially in space.
Same is true for all living things including plants which have a rather low adaptability, providing the environment of their range is good plant husbandry and key to success.

Hmmmm......i Wish i could change weather here :-)..........BTW i attempted that cause i thought there was a slight chance.....for instance pansy is used for fall planting abroad...This brings a very important point.........

No where on internet we can find information that is suitable/in accordance with our climate...even the hardiness zones fail because of the extreme upper limit in summers.....Is it possible sir Arif and Umar Bhai that you help us by make some database which includes sowing calenders/hardiness zones/cultivation specifics of our climate etc etc ....for example a description on the internet might say full sun exposure for a plant.....but our scorching sun is a little more than FULL SUN ...:-)...and partial sun might be true for us.....like creating a plant database as likes of Daves Garden..........Arid Climate, Generally speaking poor soils there are so many things that are different here.......

@ Sir Arif.....sir can't agree more ......but on the lighter side.....we tend to operate at the limits of the machine and the human ability which becomes our instinct otherwise also........i am hopeful i will be able to pull off couple of off season surprises this fall
