seedling dead

Now a days I sow some seeds like zennia dreamland f1 vinca balsam cockscomb and many more seeds. They all germinate but after some days little seedling almost all felt down and dead.please tell me about this.I use river sand and 3 and 1 leaf khaad .I spray on seeds water for moist.and use low quantity of water to seedling but almost all dead. I use dark like vinca cockscombetc.what wrong done I please tell me complete procces from sowing to seedling

This may be bcoz of poor air circulation and the fungus damping off.
u should not had to sprinkle water on the leaves as it attracts pathogens like fungus.
Application of Low quantity water, if not reached in the root zone, may be the main cause of the death of ur seedlings.
