Annuals so that I can change them and want to keep it always colourful.

if you want annuals then it depends on the quantity of sun light.as you told that your house is north facing so it is a sure that plants will get less sun.you can plant here petunias,cinneraria,pansy,viola,geraniums,nasturtium.cut back all hedging and erect a fence if necessary. prepare beds with fresh soil and add old manure or patton ke khad(leaf mold)..you can better judge how much sun is available for your plants.if sun remains at least 4 hours then you can grow almost all spring annuals ..plug plants are available from nurseries now a days.
