Keep it in partial shade.. add a layer of compost on top of soil..

Cow manure is not compost... but you can make compost from cow manure, it take 4-6 months.. better to get bagged compost check this link:

Npk 20.20.20 can be useful to germination, seedlings, vegetable plants & how much quantity, procedure.??
